Learn the fundamentals of the yoga practice, drawing from the Hatha/Vinyasa tradition. Build strength and balance, flexibility and form. Develop confidence to practice on your own or in a group class setting. Ideal for those looking for a place to start to build on the foundations. Spots are limited to 12 so secure your place now!

A brief summary of the history of yoga and why we practice yoga

Step by step guide through Sun Salutations

Alignment of common yoga poses

Simple meditation techniques
We will create a relaxed learning environment where mistakes are welcome and we don't need to take ourselves too seriously.
