“Sarah is so lovely and always offers a warm approach. I love my Tuesday Yoga in the park with her, it's challenging yet so relaxing as is her beginner to yoga class on Mondays. It helps set a positive mindset to my week. Definitely looking forward to continuing on with her and advancing my yoga practices"
